Through the Gate Solutions (TTG Solutions) is a UK-based organisation focused on supporting individuals as they transition from custody to community. Founded by professionals with deep experience in prison operations and counselling, we deliver practical, person-centred services that aim to reduce recall and reoffending.

At TTG Solutions, we believe that meaningful change is possible — and that support shouldn’t stop at the prison gate. We walk alongside people as they leave custody, providing a practical and compassionate bridge into the community.
Founded by two directors with deep, complementary experience across the justice and mental health sectors, TTG Solutions brings together practical insight with compassionate support. With over 25 years spent working within the prison system, one director offers a rich understanding of the operational landscape and the challenges faced by individuals inside. Alongside this, our second director, a qualified counsellor, brings a trauma-informed perspective rooted in mental health and post-release support—ensuring our work is both effective and empathetic.

Who can access your services?
We work with individuals who are preparing for release or have recently left custody. Referrals can come from, prison staff or community organisations.
What kind of training do you offer?
We can offer a range of accredited vocational training courses focused on practical, employable skills. Training options vary by region and individual needs but may include construction, logistics, digital skills, and more.
How do you work with the prison service?
We act as a bridge between custody and community. We coordinate with prison teams to ensure consistent support before and after release, reducing the risk of recall and supporting long-term reintegration.
Is there a cost to access your services?
No. Our services are free to individuals referred to us. We are funded through partnerships, grants, and commissioned work with stakeholders in the justice system.

Do you offer mental health or wellbeing support?
Absolutely. One of our directors is a qualified counsellor, and we provide trauma-informed, one-to-one counselling, group support, and wellbeing check-ins. We also connect individuals with additional specialist services if needed.
